My coaching philosophy is that coaching should be a safe space for leaders and teams to grow more effective leadership behaviors, learn how to change mindsets, and identify beliefs and assumptions that get in the way of your success.
We do this in partnership, with high trust and collaboration focused on achieving the identified leadership, team, or individual growth goals.
Here’s how I work. First, I focus on helping clients design a relevant and actionable success plan. Then, I draw on my leadership development experience, business knowledge, and expertise in coaching clients to achieve their personal and professional growth goals.
My strength is identifying the appropriate coaching development strategy for clients to attain their goals and achieve greater professional satisfaction and work success.
