I was drawn to leadership early in my career because I could immediately see how great leaders impacted their team's performance and business results. In my quest to learn about leadership and become an effective leader, I built my skills through trial and error and later through mentoring and advanced education. Every new leadership experience taught me something new about myself and my leadership skills, and over time, I began to use this mindset and my self-awareness skills when working with new and seasoned leaders.
In my experience, the best leaders learn by leading, making errors, and, sometimes, course-correcting, falling back, and starting again.
I work with leaders to help grow their skills and develop greater self-awareness through feedback, experimenting with new ways to lead teams, learning how to change mindsets, and identifying the beliefs and assumptions preventing their business and professional success.

Here’s how I work:
I start with learning my clients’ development goals through my intake process, and from these goals and other tools; we design a relevant and actionable success plan. Working with my clients, I draw on my leadership experience, business and change knowledge, adult development practices, and coaching expertise to help them achieve their personal and professional growth goals.
