My coaching services are customized based on individual client or team development goals and may incorporate one or more of the excellent state-of-the-art resources listed below:
Growth Edge Interview. This is a three-stage process designed to help individuals understand their beliefs and values and how they relate to others. The method consists of a 35-45-minute interview to identify the client’s growth edge or challenge. The interview is recorded and transcribed, and the coach and client debrief the Growth Edge Report results to extract the critical learning goals.
Leadership Circle Profile™. The focus of this robust 360 assessment is on leadership effectiveness. This profile provides a detailed snapshot of the leader’s creative competencies and reactive tendencies, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviors and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?”
Immunity to Change™. This well-researched method of change is where a client or team’s unconscious resistance is illuminated by identifying assumptions getting in the way of development. The Immunity to Change™ Map helps individuals, groups, and organizations make those personal and collective changes most important to them—but has proven resistant even to thoughtful plans and heartfelt intentions.
Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. This effective resource is based on the best-selling book by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and includes the Everything DiSC® Management or can be used as a stand-alone team building model focused on the five behaviors of cohesive teams: Trust, Conflict, Accountability, Commitment, and Results.
Everything DiSC® Management. This popular assessment provides managers with actionable strategies for increasing self-awareness and connections with employees, learning management strategies, and driving team engagement—and is an excellent resource to guide management and team development.
Individual and Group Development Plans. All development plans are customized based on the client’s individual or group goals and growth areas. All coaching development plans identify One Big Goal to dial-up and One Big Liability to dial-down. Other types of support include self-reflection practices, which may include working in leadership or peer groups.
Coaching Sessions. All Coaching Sessions are scheduled individually, as part of a team, or as a group experience in four to six-month increments or through an individual subscription plan.
