As AI transforms the way we work, the defining work of leadership is developing the human capacities that technology cannot replace.
My work is informed by decades of executive coaching, organizational change, and leadership development. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I help leaders develop the internal capacities that enable lasting growth. I created The Six Human Capacities Framework as a practical approach to helping leaders thrive, build trust, navigate complexity, and lead meaningful change.

Leadership development isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about becoming the kind of leader others want to follow — strengthening the self-awareness, empathy, courage, adaptability, meaning-making, and authenticity needed to lead in an increasingly complex world.
My experience spans corporations, nonprofits, higher education, healthcare, and government. I bring both executive leadership experience and deep coaching and organizational development expertise to helping individuals and teams navigate change and grow their leadership capacity.

Linda’s career spans more than two decades of leadership, organizational consulting, and executive coaching across a wide range of industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organization Development and has earned both the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation.
Today, through A People Development Company, Linda brings this experience together to help leaders and teams grow through coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and speaking.
