If you could make one change in the way you coach to unlock your potential
and take your practice to the next level, what would it be?

This workshop is designed for coaches to unlock their future potential and identify the obstacles getting in their way. We'll show you how successfully changing mindsets and behaviors requires an adaptive approach to change.

Our goal during our time together is to walk you through the process of creating your personal ITC™ change map and teach you how to test your big assumptions as you continue to explore and increase your own self-awareness and self-reflection abilities.





Join us for this insightful opportunity to:

  1. Create your personal ITC™ change map,
  2. Work in dyads to share and learn together,
  3. Discover your unique way of processing and resisting change, and
  4. Learn how to design and interpret a test of your big assumption.

At the end of this workshop, you will have identified your self-improvement goal, created a draft Immunity to Change™ map, learned about your unique way of resisting change, increased your self-awareness through your first test/experiment of your big assumption, and generated an opportunity for self-reflection as you continue to explore how to overturn your immunity to change.

  • Starts and ends: March 16, 2021, 9:00 Pacific - Noon Pacific
  • Duration: 3 hours
  • ICF Approved. ICF coaches will receive 2 Core Competencies and 1 Resource Development CCE's at the completion of this webinar.
  • Early bird special of US$199.00 per person through March 4. March 5 through March 14, the per person rate is US$249.00.
  • After the workshop, you will be eligible for a free 30-minute map consultation with one of the facilitators to fine-tune your ITC™ map.

Program manual:

  • After you register, you'll receive a program manual with instructions on how to identify a self-improvement goal, a sample ITC™ map, and our Learn & Grow Together guidelines.
  • We will use a Google Doc during the workshop to provide additional resources for your break-out sessions.

Workshop prework:

  • Following the instructions in the Manual, identify a change goal on how you want to be seen as a coach. Be bold! Ask 3-5 people, "What is one change you think you could make to unlock your potential and take your coaching practice/skills to a new level?"

    Linda DentonLinda has a passion for personal development and change coaching and is skilled in the fields of change, leadership development, and adult development. She works with her leadership and group clients to become more effective and inspiring leaders and to make the personal and collective changes most important to them.

    Linda has a Master's Degree from the University of San Francisco, a Qualified Coach in the Immunity to Change (ITC) through Minds at Work, a Certified Facilitator and Teams in the Immunity to Change Process taught by Harvard University professors, Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey, Certified Integral Coach, and is an ICF-PCC. She was recently certified in the Leadership Circle Profile. Linda has successfully used the ITC process in her executive coaching and group work since 2014.     Lori LaceyLori is an executive coach and leadership development specialist who is passionate about working with leaders to help them discover the insight and inspiration to advance their careers and create the change they desire. Lori thrives on building strong and trusting relationships with her leadership clients. Her warm and inclusive style creates the space for incredible shifts to take place.

    Lori has a Master's Degree in Adult Education, is a Certified Executive Coach, an ICF-PCC coach, Certified in Conversational Intelligence® and a Certified Facilitator in the Immunity to Change Process taught by Harvard University professors, Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey.
