This workshop is designed for coaches to deepen your understanding on how to change mindsets and behaviors. We'll walk you through the process of testing your big assumption as you explore and increase your self-awareness and self-reflection abilities.
During this three-hour online workshop, we'll focus on three primary areas of self-development as they relate to improving your self-awareness and confidence in your coaching practice.

- Identify an individual coaching change goal focused on living up to your full potential as a coach.
- Create your own Immunity to Change™ (ITC) map, which will increase your self-awareness and create opportunities for self-reflection.
- Learn about your unique way of processing and resisting change.
- Take your coaching to the next level!
You'll be working in pairs (peer-to-peer coaching) as you learn how to create your Immunity to Change™ map following the Learn & Grow Together guidelines.
At the end of this workshop, you will have identified your One Big Thing to improve your effectiveness as a coach, created a draft Immunity to Change™ map, participated in breakout sessions to share and learn together, engaged in the necessary steps to learn about and even overcome your resistance to change, and increased your self-awareness by running your first test/experiment, and designed your own self-reflection practice.

Linda has a passion for personal development and change coaching and is skilled in the fields of change, leadership development, and adult development. She works with her leadership and group clients to become more effective and inspiring leaders and to make the personal and collective changes most important to them.
Linda has a Master’s Degree from the University of San Francisco, a Qualified Coach in the Immunity to Change (ITC) through Minds at Work, a Certified Facilitator and Teams in the Immunity to Change Process taught by Harvard University professors, Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey, Certified Integral Coach, and is an ICF-PCC. She was recently certified in the Leadership Circle Profile. Linda has successfully used the ITC process in her executive coaching and group work since 2014.
